Ben began working at Love the Journey in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Concordia University, St. Paul and later received his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University, Irvine. Ben has worked in the field of mental health for seven years and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

Ben has worked with youth and families in ministry for over 10 years and has strong Christian principles from which he draws from. He desires to help individuals, couples and families that are dealing with mental health issues.

Ben is especially passionate about seeing relationships thrive. He believes strongly that although relationships can be hard, we all have a strong desire to find healthy encouraging relationships that we surround ourselves with. Premarital counseling, couples/marriage counseling are special interests for Ben.
