Groups

Groups are one of the most effective ways of experiencing profound growth in our personal lives.  Groups can be intimidating, but it is also where we can meet with others who share similar experiences and remind us that we are not alone and that there are others like us.

In a typical group process, therapists work as facilitators rather than as counselors.  Groups that Love the Journey has hosted in the past include: parenting groups, grief groups, trauma groups, cognitive skills groups, anxiety/depression groups, and anger management groups.
