Angie Voss

Since 2022, I have been part of Love the Journey, and I now lead the organization as Operations Director and CEO. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge and a dedication to improving the patient experience.

 

I am passionate about helping our team grow both professionally and personally. I take pride in supporting clinicians, fostering individual development, and creating a culture where every staff member feels valued, empowered, and encouraged to succeed. My greatest joy comes from helping people—whether through patient experience, staff support, or community outreach.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy caring for our chickens and spending quality time with my family. I also appreciate outdoor activities such as hiking, gardening, and bonfires, and I value time spent engaging in game nights, reading, and travel. In the winter, I enjoy snowmobiling, and during warmer months I like exploring on four-wheelers.
